that’s how MAS defines its Business Partner Essebieme di Biagini Primo with production facility located in the heart of Tuscany.
Thus a great understanding was born between Essebiemme and MAS, prompting both companies to sign a business cooperation agreement.
MAS in agreement with its partner, will handle all domestic and international customers, except the pasta factories and mills branch, for what concerns stainless steel panels.
MAS considers sustainability as a long-term strategic approach aimed at balancing business opportunities with social, economic and environmental responsibilities.
Essebiemme has 30 years of experience and is a world leader specializing in the production of custom fiberglass and stainless steel panelling, the manufacture of which, is done with flexible, state-of-the-art equipment.
Essebiemme, in order to better meet market demands, has constantly increased its production capacity by expanding its machine park with state-of-the-art equipment. (Trumpf 3040 fiber laser cutting + automatic loading).
MATERIALS USED FOR INSULATION
MINERAL WOOL
Panels can be made in both oriented-fiber and nonoriented-fiber mineral wool versions. In order to achieve better sound insulation performance, the panels can be supplied ache in “Silent” sound-absorbing version.
Natural mineral wool in addition to being an excellent sound-absorbing material also has excellent fire behavior – it contributes neither to the development nor to the spread of fires and does not absorb water or moisture.

Mineral wool is actually the best material which makes it preferable to other types of insulation:

EXPANDED POLYURETHANE
Rigid polyurethane foam provides excellent thermal insulation performance. Its thermal conductivity value is between 0.024 and 0.028 W/mK. This excellent performance makes it possible to achieve high levels of thermal insulation with significantly reduced thicknesses compared to those required using other insulation materials.

We offer a complete product range and the ability to make any customization, in terms of material, machining and construction characteristics. Thanks to a flexible production system, we can supply batches with low numerosity for each variant or size.
DESIGN SERVICE
The customer can provide the specifications for the realization of the product together with the executive drawings or transmit a bill of dimensions and machining required: our technical department will carry out the design of the panels providing a real turnkey service.
PRODUCT TRACEABILITY
All panels are uniquely identified by an alphanumeric code that makes it possible to trace the production batch and product characteristics (type of insulation, dimensions, materials used). This makes it easy to identify the component during machinery assembly.
